Choco Choco

Chocolate molding is one of my interest nowadays. I am actually chocolate eater. Anyway, who wouldnt like chocolates? Each one of us can not resist the temptation of eating a chocolate. It actually enhances and lifts your mood. It has been noted in studies that dark chocolate has a good source of antioxidant and can therefore, give some therapeutic effect.

Chocolate molding and eating can be best achieve when you share it to someone. I had a nice time doing this together with my son, Aaron. It served as a good bonding time between us. We used to buy ingredients together, gather all the materials needed and start making the chocolates. I can see the excitement in his eyes whenever we mix all the ingredients. Not to mention the happiness it felt whenever we come up with the finish products.

One thing more I find that molding a chocolate can be viable source of business too. My son started to sell it from his classmates in his school. Aaron is in 2nd year highschool and Im proud to say that he started to have entrepreneurial skills. At an early age, he can see the importance of earning a bit to augment from our daily living expenses. Earning a profit from doing this is very rewarding because it does not only give you a sweet delicacy as a treat for eating, but also gives you therapy for your job well done.

Aside from chocolate molding, I also do some other recipes such as chewy choco fudgies (made from unsweetened chocolate, condensed milk, powdered sugar and peanuts), pulvoron, pastillas (Filipino native delicacies made up of milk and powdered sugar, and further coated with white sugar).

The chocolate cups and small chocolate lollipop, and chewy fudgies we sell in school for 3 pesos each. If you like to order please contact me at 5083965 or 09154240302 / 09206455557. We give discounts on bulk orders. Thank you.
